Job Description

General

To assist immediate superior in monitoring incoming, in-process and final product inspection performed by respective QC checker. To follow the instruction given by QC Supervisor/Assistant QC supervisor and to carry out effectively.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

To arrange QC member work arrangement & schedule (including overtime) Measuring, inspecting & auditing products, material and process to ensure that conform to customer and internal specification. To accept or reject the goods/material based on their inspection criteria. To supervise inspectors when carrying their assigned duties. To compile/collect inspection report form inspector. Report any non-conformity found to immediate superior. To ensure and maintain good housekeeping in the workplace. Maintains strict confidentiality of all matter pertaining to work. To assist QC Supervisor/Manager in maintaining quality records. Report any non-conformity found to immediate superior.
