Job Description

:

1. Leading a quality inspection team carry out inspection according to quality control plan.

2. Work with inter function team to address any quality issue arise and follow up on corrective/improvement actions implementation & effectiveness

3. Promote and provide quality awareness training to quality and production personnel.

4. Monitor team attendance and ensure workplace 5S is in good condition

5. On time feedback to superior or production team on any quality defect found during IPQC inspection process and follow up the issue closure.

6. Compile quality data daily, weekly and monthly

7. Review and confirm completion of inspection reports and checklists.

8. Support team development in inspection skills and techniques.

9. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inspection area.

10. Willing work rotation shift

11. Any other assignment delegate by superior.

Qualification :

SPM/STPM / Diploma in any discipline 3 to 5 years working experiences in plastic injection molding or assembly. Having good leadership and team work orientated. Basic 7 QC tools, 5Whys and 8D report Measuring tool such as calliper, micrometer, inspection scope and CMM. Compile the quality reports Familiar with basic quality standards, inspection methods, and defect classification. Ability to guide, motivate, and support a team of QC inspectors. Able to review and confirm QC checklists, reports, and labelling accuracy

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
