Job Description

What you'll be doing

Oversee daily QC activities including sample testing, product inspection, and release processes.

Lead and supervise quality control teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure high standards of productivity and accuracy.

Review and verify test results to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Responding to customer quality requirements and providing technical explanations as needed.

Support and coordinate validation and qualification activities, ensuring that equipment, processes, and systems are compliant and effectively maintained.

Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer requirements.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process and system improvements.

Job Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a manufacturing or precision environment.

Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of

ISO 9001,

and customer-specific requirements.

Proficient in

Core Tools

: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Strong knowledge in 7 core tools, 5 why analysis, 8D methodology and other relevant quality.

Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,186.91 per month
