Job Description
Our client is a printing company specializes in producing printed materials using various techniques such as digital, offset. They offer services like producing Trading Card Printing, Card Sleeve, Gamemat and Packaging. These companies cater to both individual and corporate clients, focusing on delivering high-quality prints with attention to detail and quick turnaround times. They often provide design assistance, paper selection, and finishing options to meet diverse client needs.
We are seeking a highly experienced QC Incoming Manager with a strong background in printing processes and excellent color vision to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise incoming quality control inspection for raw materials and printed components Ensure all incoming materials meet printing quality standards, including color accuracy and consistency Analyze defects related to printing, color variation, ink, and materials Work closely with suppliers, production, and QC teams to resolve quality issues Develop and improve QC incoming procedures and inspection standards Prepare quality reports and support audits when required Able to work independently and lead QC activities effectively Good communication skills in English
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Printing Technology, Quality Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in printing process quality control Strong knowledge of printing processes, color matching, ink, and substrates Excellent color vision (ability to distinguish colors accurately is mandatory) Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiar with QC systems will be an added advantage
