Job Description

We are a GMP-compliant Herbs medicine factory located at Ijok, Selangor. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our quality control positions and work together to improve the quality of patent medicine products for the benefit of consumers.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. On the job training will be provided.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Required Skill(s): Planning and organisation skills, Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Teamworking skills, Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.

• To be responsible for quality management and administration, quality plans and procedures, inspection and test, and calibration of test equipment.
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards.
• To monitor, evaluate, and record of any product complaints received by doing the finished product traceability for confirmation.
• To evaluate lab analysis and to give approval for the release of product.
• Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
• Monitoring and ensuring the cleanliness of the production floor and machinery,
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
• To ensure proper pest control program is done by appointed pest control company in which the service is done on a monthly basis.
• Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
