Duties and Responsibility * To assist Engineer in preparing and review the quality and improvement activities
Responsible for overall internal and external customer on quality and response to any of their request.
Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to quality functions.
Able to lead and coach Quality personnel to enable them to be more independent and take ownership.
To initiate changes in the sense of improving the current method of performing the job responsibility.
To understand customer specifications/requirements and transfer the requirements into internal control such as Quality Alerts.
To ensure quality activities meet IATF 16949:2016, MS ISO 9001:2015,MS ISO 14001:2015 standards and customer requirements.
To carry out continuously improvement activities to improve the effectiveness of process and product which includes the implementation of SPC.
Conduct training to employees, quality requirements, 5S, safety and etc.
Ensure the entire quality inspection systems are maintained.
Perform data analysis and driven for improvement report CAR implementation status and action required to his / her superior.
12. Involve in Project Management. Tasks are distributed and teams are informed ofResponsibilities13. Ensure delivery schedule is fulfilled and managed accordinglyAUTHORITY * To request inquiry from any department regarding not adequate of system and or not compliance of the system been identified.
To accept / reject part in the production process and incoming part.
Plan and execute daily quality activities.
Follow up with Production Manager in ensuring quality feedback been reviewed and monitored.
Ensure companies Quality Policies and its Objective made known and understood by all quality staffs and inspectors.
Approve the MRB status
Responsible for product quality and authorize to stop production line to correct quality problem.
