Assist the QC team in collecting, preparing, and organizing quality documents related to blasting and painting operations.
Maintain logs and records for surface preparation inspections, DFT readings, environmental conditions, and coating applications.
Coordinate with site supervisors, inspectors, and subcontractors to track inspection status and documentation submissions.
Prepare and file Inspection Test Reports (ITRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Painting Reports.
Support the preparation of final documentation and quality dossiers for client submission.
Update and manage registers for materials (e.g., paints, abrasives), calibration tools, and inspection equipment.
Ensure all documents are accurately archived and in compliance with QA/QC and project standards.
