Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Precision Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in quality inspection or metrology, preferably in a machining or manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience operating and programming CMM equipment.
Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
Familiar with other inspection tools (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, surface roughness tester, etc.).
Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Operate CMM equipment (manual or programmable) to inspect components and assemblies.
Perform dimensional verification based on engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
Create, edit, and run CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar.
Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
Record and maintain accurate inspection results, reports, and traceability documents.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconforming parts.
Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and measurement equipment.
Work closely with production, engineering, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO or internal quality management standards.
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
