Qualifications, Experience, Skill, Abilities and Knowledge:

• Diploma in related field or with quality working experience

5 years. * Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.

• Experience in quality system, quality assurance or similar role.
• Candidate with sheet metal knowledge & understanding will be an added advantage.
• Microsoft office and email fluent.
• Understanding of basic GDT and measurement tools.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 will be an added advantage.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: * Perform inspection checks on goods (incoming, in process, outgoing or new product) during production processes.

• Document and update inspection result in required formats. For instance NAV, FA template, outgoing report or customer portal.
• Ensure inspectors perform work as per required check sheet or customer specification.
• Quarantine and work with respective section for non-conforming parts that required rework and re-verification.
• Ensure equipment used are in good condition and are calibrated.
• Do up CMM program.
• Conduct verification and arrange sorting / rework of product that are found at customer\'s premises.
• Highlight and identify shortfalls of potential failures to engineer or manager.
• Any other tasks as specified by engineer or manager.
