Report all non-conformance part to ensure immediate action can be taken.
Lead the process QC leader & QC inspector.
Job Functions
To implement quality control requirement.
To ensure all part are within the requirement standard and monitor the implementation of various process control activities.
Reporting to superior for any non-conformance.
Assist superior to prepare non-confirming report and corrective action.
Update rejection control chart.
Assist superior on further action non-conformance product.
Implement statistical process control.
Able to use and handle measuring equipment.
To conduct visual and dimension check.
Confirmation of part / process.
Compile monthly data for internal and customer.
Job Requirements
Minimum Professional Certificates, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point).
Be able to inspect, test, or measure materials (ruler, caliper)
Advantage if have 5 core tools knowledge
Able to use and handle measuring equipment.
