Responsibilities:
To ensure that all departments comply with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) procedures through routine QA monitoring activities and audits.
To coordinate the preparation and issuing of Project Instructions and Project Execution & Quality Plans for projects.
To attend Project, kick off Meetings to gather information on QHSE requirements for PEQP preparation.
To review, comment and ensure Project Execution & Quality Plans issued by Subcontractor/Suppliers meet the specified Quality Assurance requirements, where applicable.
To liaise with clients to resolve QHSE related matters.
To perform internal quality audits on departments and projects and external quality audits on Subcontracts/Suppliers, where applicable, including generation of audit reports.
To oversee and ensure that Quality Assurance requirements of projects are complied with by Project Team members via IDC verification, audits, briefing and attendance in Project Meetings.
To revise the Branch Office Operations Manual as necessary to ensure that the QMS procedures are effective and continuously meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 and the business operations.
To coordinate and ensure that customers' complaints are replied timely with appropriate corrective and preventive actions and implement and monitor the preventive actions to ensure there is no recurrence of similar problems.
To monitor and generate quarterly KPI report and analysis with approval from Head of Branch Office for submission to KL Office for compilation.
To conduct QHSE and PEQP briefing or training as necessary to project team members and other Company personnel.
To provide inputs for the yearly Management Review of QMS.
To conduct quarterly HSE Committee Meetings.
To coordinate with Project Managers for issuance of Project Close Out Reports and Client Satisfaction Survey.
To assist Branch Office Manager to coordinate Weekly Progress Meetings or Operational Improvement meeting as required.
To monitor and coordinate with the respective personnel to ensure CAR and Observations raised during audit are closed out timely.
To execute other duties as instructed by Branch Office Manager or AGM, QHSE.

Qualifications:
Degree in Science / Engineering
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001
Attended Internal Quality Audit or Lead Assessor Course (QMS / EMS)
Minimum 2 to 3 years managing QMS or EMS
Experience in Oil & Gas and construction industry preferred.
Good communication skills, procedure and report writing skills.
Good knowledge on Statistical Techniques for data analysis
Green book certification preferred.
