We are seeking a dedicated QHSE Executive to support the implementation and monitoring of our QHSE Management Systems across all bases. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture within our organisation.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure full compliance with company QHSE policies, procedures, and KPIs.
Collect, analyse, and maintain QHSE performance data and prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and manage reporting tools, including UAUC, STOP Card, and ACT forms.
Participate in accident/incident investigations and assist in reporting to local authorities (DOSH, DOE, and others).
Support audits and follow up on client surveillance audit findings.
Maintain and update the company's safety training matrix.
Develop and publish the quarterly QHSE Newsletter.
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement detailed procedures.
Maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
1-2 years' experience in a QHSE role, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or related industries.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain strict attention to detail.
