Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Lead automotive documentation (Procedures, Forms, VVI) and SOPs. In charge of customer audits. Handle automotive documentation related to 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC). Conduct product, process, and internal audits. In charge of ISO 9001:2015 internal and external audits. Coordinate and support certification audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit findings. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on quality issues. Develop, review and update quality assurance standards and procedures. Identify potential quality risks and assist with the implementation of mitigation plans. Support risk-based thinking in process planning and execution. Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC/QMS/QMR. Must Have

ISO 9001 Quality Management System and IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Standards Certifications

(Professional/Training/Attendance).

Lead Auditor Certifications

is highly preferred. Knowledge of additional standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
