Company A leader in Power Industry in Malaysia. Established company with proven track record in ultra high voltage substation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QS Manager located in Subang Jaya. The QS Manager will be responsible for overseeing project cost management, preparing tender and contract documents, and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. The QS Manager will also be expected to liaise with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in QS management or similar role in construction industry Proven track record in cost planning, cost estimating, and project control Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and documentation, including SMM, PWD, JKR, and FIDIC Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team of QS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
