Purchasing Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research potential vendors and request for quotation
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Issue of purchasing order upon receive the purchasing request from respective department
- To apply permit from imported orders
- Prepare report and maintain updated weekly/monthly stock inventory
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Degree or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field
- Self motivated, mature, good team player, independent, must be multitasking and able to work with minimal supervision
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Able to communicate effectively
