The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating key activities and projects in support of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) Unit's objectives. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating accreditation processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality assurance systems across the University.
B. Key Areas of Responsibility1. Regulatory Compliance
Coordinate, prepare, and manage documentation related to
MQA
and
MOHE
matters, including accreditation, approvals, compliance audits, and other regulatory processes.
Coordinate the development and submission of new programmes for
Provisional Accreditation
and manage the
Full Accreditation
process.
Facilitate
programme reviews
and
internal audits
in alignment with institutional standards and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the
development, implementation, and continuous improvement
of policies and procedures covering both academic and non-academic areas.
Support initiatives related to
university ranking and recognition
, including
SETARA
,
QS Ranking
, and
MyRA
.
Ensure adherence to guidelines issued by the
Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
,
Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)
, awarding bodies, and the University in relation to assessment practices, completion, and documentation.
Ensure full compliance with the University's
Quality Assurance systems
to maintain consistency and promote continuous improvement, liaising with relevant university departments for effective implementation.
Undertake
professional development
activities aligned with the role's requirements and the Unit's objectives.
Prepare and maintain all documentation required for
audit
and
regulatory
purposes.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to

Perform any other duties assigned by the
QAA Manager
or
Senior Deputy Registrar
, commensurate with the role and grade.

C. Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline (required).
Experience:
Relevant experience in
Quality Assurance
within higher education institutions or related fields (preferred).
Fresh graduates
with a strong interest in Quality Assurance are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to travel
for official assignments.
