Assist QA Executive in checking incoming material inspection.
Assist QA Executive in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Food Security and HALAL enforcement.
Conduct finished good and WIP meal performance including sensory testing.
Perform analytical test, inspections and monitoring of incoming raw materials/packaging and finished goods for specification compliance.
Storage temperature and humidity monitoring.
Assist QA/QC Executive in product traceability.
Assist QA/QC Executive on Critical Control Point checking, verification and implementation.
Assist QA/QC Executive for Chemical control and Cleaning in Production (CIP).
Assist QA/QC Executive regarding pest control inspection.
Assist QA/QC Executive on product recall, on hold item and customer complaint.
Assist QA/QC on keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
Manage and retain of validation sample and QAQC documentation.
Ensure maintenance and sanitation of the facility follows food safety requirements.
Make decisions concerning product quality, including shutting down line when processes do not conform to specification.
Requirement
Minimum STPM or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Service, Microbiology, Food Science and related course.
Minimum 1 year working experience in food industry and food processing in advantages.
Good basic knowledge and skill in Food Safety and Quality requirement, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Food Security and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Quick leaner and forward thinker.
