Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experiences in manufacturing industry (packaging industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay
• 6 working day per week

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and maintain QA documentation, reports and records.
• Support daily inspection and quality checks throughout the production process.
• Assist in conducting internal audits and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, relevant departments on quality-related issues.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety and regulatory standards
• Participate in investigations of non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality issues to the QA Manager.
