About the Quality Assurance Card Systems Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for administration and overseeing the smooth functioning of system and service support and quality assurance department Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement effective measures/strategies to improve work processes for better control, higher productivity and efficient service delivery
  • Ensure compliance to the legal and regulatory requirements and to raise awareness, accountability and capability of card centre in managing compliance risk and approval for AMLA-related monitoring
  • Work closely with the bank\'s IT department on card system enhancement and provide system support to various units within card centre
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity compliance and timely completion of user acceptance testing
To succeed in this Quality Assurance Card Systems Manager role, you will also need to undertake regular reviews and audit of card operations to ensure adherence to card brand rules and internal policies and guidelines. Key Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science/information technology/statistics or equivalent with at least 10 years of work experience in a related field
  • Good knowledge of card systems
  • Familiar with the operations, rules and regulations governing the card business
  • Leadership abilities to lead and manage teams and projects
  • Knowledge of SAS programming language is an advantage
