Quality Assurance Engineer

on our Quality Assurance Engineering Team in Bukit Mertajam Penang.

What you'll achieve

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to drive quality metrics and monitor the effectiveness of our QA processes. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to develop quality control policies and evaluate production limitations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance

You will:

Assist Factory Regulatory Compliance: Ensure factory operates in compliance with applicable local and international regulations/standards, and industry best practices. Drive Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyse quality metrics to track the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement Perform Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance testing on finished products. Develop Quality Control Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective quality control process. Support New Product Introductions: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure quality standards are met during new product introductions.

Essential Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field and with minimum of 0-1 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. Technical Skills: Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Control Charts & Process Capability and Basic programming knowledge such as Python/Jave are an added advantage.
