ACCOUNTABILITY
Assisting manager on developing, delegating, ensuring and coordinating quality matters which includes product's performance, part's performance, supplier performance, customer feedback/complaint, quality management system requirements and others.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist in the implementation of department objectives.
- Assist in planning and execution for new model development - review of historical claim data, resolving customer complaints in relation to mass-production and suppliers' parts quality and others.
- Manage approval of new parts, new supplier, process changes and issuance of PAPSO warrant with respect to PDP and Support to Outsource Project in collaboration with SQA and MQA.
- Implement and upkeep the calibration system; and review FMEA for risk-based thinking.
- Manage the facilities and upkeep the maintenance schedule. Support to MSO requirement in collaboration with PQA.
- Ensure that all documented information is maintained and appropriate to perform daily job.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Diploma certificate in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Technical.
Fresh graduate or 3 years working experience Diploma holder in manufacturing.
