Job Description
NetReveal is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the NetReveal team focused on creating technology to fight financial crime. As a QA Engineer you will be responsible:
- To fully test module/product fixes delivered by the Application Support Engineer/ Developer and ensure product functions properly and meets the business needs.
- Regression test on the product to ensure the fixes of the product/system does not has impacted on another module.
- Work with developer team to identify the fixes made in order to create test cases/scenario
- To execute test cases / scenario drafted and capture the test evidence for future reference
- Proactively provide feedback on the test result to team members and highlight any issue found to respective Application Support Engineer.
- An understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and testing methodology
- Have a good understanding of defect workflow
- Experience using defect and test management tools (e.g., JIRA) to track defects and manage tests
- Have knowledge on test case creation / test case execution and defect reporting
- Analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
- Ability to work and meet the deadlines
- Experienced with SQL query
- Having hands-on experience on LINUX base system
- Work experience in banking compliance and fraud solutions.
- Working knowledge of JAVA programming language and ability to code and debug will be advantageous.
