Job Responsibilities :
- Develop test cases including manual and automatic from project specifications
- Plan and schedule test strategies for each software project
- Perform regression testing for each software release and sign off on successful test plan execution
- Work closely with software engineers to resolve software bugs and issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve product qualities
- Highlight issues to project leads and push back on releases when quality standards are in question
- Generate documentation and create standardized reports
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- 3 or more years of software testing experience
- High capability on problem identification and problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional, confident, assertive
- Able to work independently and detail-oriented
