Requirement :1) Preferably Diploma / Degree Holder in Quality / Food Technology / Food Science or any relevant courses.2) Min 1-3 Years working experience in food industry / GMP manufacturing plant in QA/QC Department.3) Good communication skills and leadership.4) Qualified with ISO9001, GMP will be an advantage.5) Fast learners, self motivated and aggressive personality.6) Possesses positive and aggressive work attitude and aptitude.7) Willing to work Monday to Friday : 9am - 6pm / 9am - 1pm (Saturday).8) Willing to work in Selayang Responsibility and Authorities :(a) Responsible for overall quality system in Quality Assurance Department.(b) Responsible for maintaining the ISO-9001 Quality System, HACCP food safety system andGMP Quality System.(c) Liaising with all departments for internal quality matters and solve quality problem.(d) Liaising with Marketing Department in handling customer complaints.(e) Planning and arranging for Internal Quality Audit and arrange the Management ReviewMeeting annually.(f) Responsible to complete and compile BMR with other supporting reports. Responsible to finalize and make confirmation release of finished product for delivery.(g) Responsible in product recall action.(h) Responsible for product and raw material disposal. Report the quantity to managing director.(i) Proper filling of daily quality inspection records and other correspondences.j) Responsible and evaluate the machine's installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (00) and performance qualification (PQ). The machine qualifications and validation activity are cooperating with production department (PR), machinery & maintenance department (MA).(k) Responsible to send out all the finished products for laboratory test. The laboratory test accordingly to check list and approved by R&D manager.(l) Responsible in finished product and retain samples disposal activity and writing all disposing data in report to Managing Director.
