Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring service/facility meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for the organization

  • Develop a quality assurance programme, policy and procedures or standards
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
  • Study and understands the requirements, specifications and technical documents.
  • Perform general inspection to customer touch points in the building/branches including its available services and accommodation
  • Work with facilities teams to ensure all services are working properly
  • Test mechanical tools, motors and machines, and operation & maintenance of automation process with mechanical relevant concerns in the buildings.
  • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
  • Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in the relevant discipline (Engineering in Mechanical and Electrical or Civil and Structure, Facilities / property management)
  • 2-3 years experience in interior M&E services. Basic knowledge in auto-cad will be an advantage.
  • Strong technical skill in Mechanical, Electrical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
