To ensure quality standards of raw materials are in accordance to suppliers COA's. To oversee lab activities
To contribute to the identification of finished goods, issues and propose appropriate corrective actions.
To monitor laboratory analysis and tests, control and development to ensure compliance with targeted qualifications standards.
To assist the QA/QC manager in liaise with external laboratory. Notified bodies as well as local authorities in all matters related to QA/QC in the company.
To keep up to date all license, certificates, health and safety records and ISO as well as after quality accreditation documents.
To assist QA/QC Manager in ensuring finished goods quality specifications are current and valid.
To liaise with external inspection, auditing agencies or authorities including ISO.
To manage and coordinate all inspection and auditing activities conducted by external agencies and authorities.
To manage and investigate customer complaints and propose appropriate corrective actions.
To assist QA/QC Manager in ensuring all departments comply with agreed quality processes.
To manage QA team member and conduct in-house training.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
