Job Requirement:

Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience working in quality control/assurance in manufacturing environment Familiarity with ISO9001, and 8D report, CAPA report Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (COMPULSARY) Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in team setting Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision Strong critical thinking skills

Manage all quality-related issues and initiate replacement of reject parts (internal supplier, customer, internal rejection) within the team and follow up closely to ensure replacement delivered timely. Work with the team to identify root cause and initiate corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues Collaborate with the team on timely completion of customer and supplier complaints Feedback timely 8D report / CAPA report in 5 working days to customer complaint Corrective and Preventive action communicated to all relevant co-workers Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive action Communicate and working with customer for containment and improvement of quality issue Travel to customer's site to solve adhoc quality complaint and quality meetings To perform and maintain periodic calibration of all measuring equipment Conduct internal audit, supplier audit and to support customer quality audit Conduct training of quality awareness and procedures Develop SOP, WI, Form when required Any additional task assigned by QA personnel of higher position

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
