- Reporting to Operations Manager - Fully responsible the implementation, enforcement and maintenance of HACCP standard - Responsible to overall cost for HACCP - Weekly schedule for Quality checking in operation department - Cold Chain management, daily monitor of LOGTAG analysis - Assisting & responsible for overall HACCP document control its implementation for the farm and processing/packing units - Responsible on Good Agriculture Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice & Food Safety Management as stipulated in SALM, Halal Certification & HACCP - Continuous emphasis and analysis of the farm work flows, processes & products in accordance to food safety & CCPs (Critical Control Points) - To continuously prepare and keep the farm and its processing units audit ready for HACCP, SALM/GAP & Halal - Assisting & responsible for HACCP & Halal facilitator in their respective management committees - Responsible for the commissioning of laboratory and conducting the necessary analysis work in food safety and Quality Analysis - To conduct regular check and collection of samples for analysis on raw materials, fresh raw material, chemical/sanitation agent usage, processes and end product in conformity with the CCPs - Training of production staff in food safety, GMP and food sanitation in complaints with HACCP program - Keeping HACCP documents updated and liaising with the relevant regulatory bodies and customers in greeting the farm audit ready - Any other function deemed fit by the Company - Assisting the operations manager and RND executive in conducting RND in new product development, taste, shelf life and presentation
