Job Description

QA (Quality Assurance) job involves ensuring a product or service meets predefined quality standards by designing, implementing, and executing tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams. Key responsibilities include creating test plans and cases, performing functional, performance, and compatibility testing, tracking bugs, documenting issues, and working to prevent future errors. QA roles are critical for user satisfaction, company reputation, and delivering reliable, high-quality products. Key Responsibilities

Test Planning and Design

: Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases to evaluate product functionality, reliability, and performance.

Test Execution

: Conducting manual and automated tests to identify bugs, defects, and other issues.

Bug Tracking and Reporting

: Documenting, analyzing, and reporting defects to development teams for resolution.

Collaboration

: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide feedback.

Process Improvement

: Identifying areas for improvement in testing processes and contributing to the development of quality standards.

Documentation

: Maintaining records of test results, quality metrics, and quality assurance procedures.
