Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Assurance to ensure delivery of quality product during design, fabrication and installation of assets in TSO terminal facilities.
• Align with any other COMPANY nominated CONTRACTOR which has an interface with the SCOPE during design and detail design phases to ensure min QA requirements are captured in their quality plan and reflected in the ITT for Client TSO nominated IMPLEMENTATION CONTRACTORS.
• Develop inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality plans required in execution phase for all disciplines (Civil, E&I, PACO, MMI) involved in the execution.
• Develop QA org chart for project portfolio, including appropriate surveillance activities associated with offsite fabrication, assembly and testing of equipment by COMPANY nominated IMPLEMENTATION CONTRACTORS or any other COMPANY nominated CONTRACTOR which has an interface with the SCOPE.
• Develop start-up & commissioning procedures including requirements to enable a flawless start-up.
• Support QA activities to ensure that fabrication and construction deliverables comply with project specifications.
• Ensure project facilities are designed, fabricated & constructed in accordance with approved project specifications, design documents, applicable Codes/Regulations, site requirements, and industry standards.
• Develop & implement quality resource and surveillance plans to allow Client\'s Project Manager to manage its nominated IMPLEMENTATION CONTRACTORS or any other Client\'s TSO nominated CONTRACTOR which has an interface with the SCOPE across the project phases (e.g. Select/Define/Execute).

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering preferred
• 10-15 Years O&G Engineering experience.
• Experience in developing management systems, work processes, QA practices for small/medium/large projects.
• API 510, 570 or 653 certifications are preferred.
• Must have CSWIP Certified Radiographic Interpreter Level 2 (Light & Dense Metal)
• Understanding of Client\'s DEPS and relevant codes such as ASME BPVC, ANSI, API, AWS considering a plus.
• Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to Terminals and Depots or DS Business.
