Requirements What you will do: Lead a team of QA Testers who conduct manual and automation testing of existing applications and new releases. Set goals for team members and evaluate their performance based on the targets set. Provide coaching and grooming to ensure growth within the team. Train the team in developing and maintaining test cases and test scripts. Set priorities for the team by understanding the technical challenges, higher risk components and interfaces which need highly focused testing to ensure quality objectives are met. Analyse and troubleshoot reported defects and internal issues. Communicate test efforts and status on current projects with internal leaders. What you will need: At least 5 years of experience in performing manual and automation testing and test planning (test case development and maintenance), with 2 years in a team management position. Good understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), API testing, and automation testing. Familiar with testing tools such as JIRA, QC, Testrail, Charles, fiddler, etc. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Able to identify the root cause of problems and derive a solution based on thorough analysis. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or similar discipline or relative industry experience. Visionary leadership capabilities with strong business acumen and product design intellect Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate well with other teams.
