Job Description
Location: Batu Pahat, Johors:
- Responsible for creating and implementing quality control procedures to ensure the products produced meet the required standards and specifications.
- To oversee production processes to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Conducting regular quality inspections.
- Responsible for analyzing data and performance metrics: Collect data not limited to defect rates, customer complaints, and production efficiency.
- To develop improvement strategies to enhance quality.
- Responsible for implementing corrective actions to address the root causes and prevent future occurrences. Working closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve any quality-related concerns.
- To provide training and guidance to employees to ensure that they understand and follow quality control procedures
- Involved in audit activities, certifications, and inspections when required.
- At least 2 years\' relevant experience in the managerial role
- Handle supplier audit and supplier issue
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001
- Leadership skills
- Malaysian
