An MNC food packaging company is looking for Quality Assurance Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor manufacturing plant.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 5 years as QA Manager in packaging or FMCG industry.
- Lead the department to achieve objectives set by the company with regards to cleanliness and quality.
- Develop a management system to achieve the quality of the products.
- Ensure procedures and standards are in place and give training when necessary.
- Identify defects and take actions in processes to reduce reoccurrence.
- Communicate closely with customers to have their feedback dealt with and reduce impact on business.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Strong leadership to lead your team.
- Able to adapt to changes and work in fast-paced environment.
