Job Description

Overview of the Position



This position is responsible for supporting and upholding the company's quality standards across all products and operational processes. The role involves monitoring quality activities, identifying potential issues, and ensuring full compliance with customer expectations and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to review product performance, investigate non-conformities, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product consistency, customer satisfaction, and the effective implementation of quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities



Examine and evaluate production procedures, processes, and outputs to detect errors, defects, or non-conformities. Oversee and coordinate all Quality Control (QC) activities to ensure smooth and consistent operations. Maintain regular quality reporting systems and provide timely project updates to support QC monitoring and improvement. Define and review product quality specifications; collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure all new and existing products meet established standards. Investigate and analyze customer complaints related to non-conforming products; prepare detailed evaluation and investigation reports for management review. Lead the implementation and enhancement of quality systems and programs, aligning them with evolving standards and translating them into operational excellence. Conduct internal audits, in-process audits, and quality assurance reviews to ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure customer quality requirements and specifications are met. Carry out product inspections for incoming materials, repackaged products, replacements, and other relevant categories. Analyze recurring quality issues and provide reports with recommended corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct supplier assessments and on-site audits to address repeated product defects and evaluate supplier quality systems. Assist the Quality Management Representative (QMR) in handling ISO 9001:2015 certification activities and liaising with external certification bodies. Represent the Quality Assurance department during audits by external or regulatory parties. Plan and deliver internal training sessions and awareness programs on quality standards and practices. Participate actively in meetings and discussions related to Quality Control and Assurance initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:



Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of working experience

in QA operations, including audits, product quality reviews, handling deviations, CAPA, and complaints. Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance with the ability to manage quality systems and documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external parties. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 9am to 6pm
