Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Assist in maintain and update HALAL, HACCP, GMP, ISO and other regulatory plan.

2. Monitor and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

3. Maintain QA records, forms and reports in an organized manner.

4.Assist in preparing and updating SOPs, checklists and QA documentation.

5. Support traceability by ensuring proper filing of batch records and COAs.

6. Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices on production floor.

7. Help prepare for internal and external audits.

8. Support QA Executive in handling product complaints and investigations.

9. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

10. Assist in shelf-life monitoring and product evaluation.

11. Help conduct basic QA training for operators.

12. Provide administrative support to the QA team.

13. Monitor effectiveness of CAPA and update quality records accordingly.

14. Liaise with production and QC to resolve issues or complaints from customers and respond to customers with findings.

15. Involvement in export documentation, certifications or HALAL application submissions.

16. To undertake any adhoc task / project assigned by immediate superior or Management.

REQUIREMENT

Candidate preferred possess with a Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in food science, food technology, halal, dietitian and any other related field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a food manufacturing environment. Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, good in time management and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment. Good in written and communication in English, Malay and Mandarin. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel suite. Able to work Independently, Creative & Innovative, Good Communication skills, Resourceful and Passionate.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
