Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (E&E, Manufacturing)

Location: Kuala Lumpur
s:
- To ensure every QC process flow is well-maintained in order to meet the requirement of production and to maximize profit.
- To involve in 8D and 5Y reports and responses to consumer complaints and quality issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and preventive measures in place to guarantee product quality.
- To conduct a supplier audit in the supplier\xe2\x80\x99s factory.
- Conduct in-process audit to make sure that the process is being followed.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required by the management.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic/ Mechatronics / Manufacturing) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in QA/QC in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling customer visits and audit.
- Good in problem-solving skills using 8D & 5Why.
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2008, FMEA, and SPC.
- Able to read electrical/mechanical drawings will be an advantage.
- Full-Time positions available.
