The QA / QHSE Executive is responsible to implement HACCP, ISO22000, HALAL food safety management system, train, supervise, audit the food safety, health, safety, environment and HALAL practice of all the cafeteria business units of the Company
Main Responsibilities The work scope of the QA Executive is divided into 2 main categories : Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management and HALAL
To implement, maintain and assure ongoing compliance with food quality assurance and industry regulatory requirements on HACCP, ISO22000 and HALAL
To implement, maintain and assure ongoing compliance on work safety and environment
Coordinate and participate in internal and external quality and HSE audits, and ensure that all audits pass with outstanding results
Supervise the daily operations in the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO22000 and QHSE requirements and guidelines
To handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints professionally
To issue NCR when necessary, conduct root cause findings, provide training and close the NCR in a timely manner
To train all staff on QHSE scopes
To monitor risk management activities.
To implement and maintain quality and document control systems.
Admin Role
Responsible to monitor, apply and renew the HALAL, ISO22000, HACCP, business licenses and public liability insurance of all business units
Requirements
Professional Certificate/ Degree /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Technology or related field
Must have a minimum 3 years\' experience in QA role
Must have experience in HACCP / ISO9001 / ISO22000 / HALAL implementation, certification and recertification
