RESPONSIBILITY :
a) Head of Department who in-charge of overall operation of QA/QC Department.
b) Responsible for the overall implementation and effectiveness of Quality Management System in the Pharmaceutical, F&B and Cosmetic Factories.
c) Responsible to ensure the compliance with the requirement of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), authorities and others required standards.
d) Responsible to ensure sufficient resources are provided to implement effective Quality Management System.
e) Responsible to ensure that all the documentation required on Quality Management system which includes SOP, WI, SPEC, Formulation, Form etc. is established and updated.
f) Responsible to ensure all necessary testing on incoming materials, packaging materials, WIP and finished goods are carried out accordingly.
g) Responsible to investigate and monitor any factors that may or have affect product quality and safety. h) Responsible to evaluate the performance of supplier.
i) Member of Recall Committee and responsible to investigate, compile information, prepare final investigation report and witness the scrap of recalled product.
j) Responsible to plan and conduct mock recall.
k) Responsible to report any adverse events to authority and others related activities.
l) Responsible to ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES :
a) Bachelor degree / Master in Food Technology, Food Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Health Care, Chemistry or related fields,
b) Minimum 5 years working experiences in food / pharmaceutical / cosmetic manufacturing.
c) knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice and others related standards such as HACCP, ISO etc. OTHERS :

b) Strong supervisory & leadership skills.
c) Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
d) time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
e) Organised and able to work under minimum supervision.
f) Industry specific technical knowledge and proficient in others languages than English / Malay will be an advantages.
