The right person for this role:

You don't just

communicate - you connect

. You're experienced in client management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships

+

Advanced English proficiency and communication skills

both in speaking and writing
+ You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients
Bring 3+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in mobile and web app development, plus a solid grasp of programming basics. Have hands-on experience with manual testing and a passion for helping clients launch and grow their tech products. Excel in quality assurance for mobile, web, and backend services. Are a proactive go-getter, taking responsibility for your work, welcoming feedback, and ready to bring any great idea to life. Familiarity with Agile Methodology is a plus, and if you're a Scrum Master, even better!

Essentials:

Access to both iOS and Android devices for testing. Reliable internet speed (at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
