Responsibilities

Perform visual quality assurance (QA) across digital deliverables including websites, landing pages, emails, and creative assets. Review and validate design-to-development implementation for pixel-perfect accuracy across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure design consistency and responsive layout integrity. Collaborate with designers and developers to identify aesthetic inconsistencies, spacing issues, alignment errors, or color mismatches. Verify typography, color palettes, animations, and interactive elements adhere to approved design systems and brand guidelines. Work closely with project managers to ensure all visual QA feedback is documented, tracked, and resolved before client delivery. Support web projects by reviewing content layout, image optimization, and visual fidelity. Ensure all creative assets meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards. Assist in building and maintaining QA checklists and visual review processes to standardize quality control across projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA, Web Production, or Digital Design role within a creative, digital, or agency environment. Strong eye for design and aesthetics, with attention to detail in layout, color, typography, and spacing. Experience testing WordPress or HubSpot-based websites. Familiarity with responsive design principles, HTML/CSS, and basic web structure understanding. Experience using QA and review tools such as BrowserStack, Zeplin, Figma, JIRA, or Asana. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when providing constructive visual feedback. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for design, user experience (UX), and maintaining high creative standards.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
