Prepare reports, analysis, trends, and run projects to improve quality performance. Deliver accurate and quality analysis and reports in alignment with project objectives. Conduct random evaluations and spot checks to identify areas for improvement. Work on the development of your Quality Analyst team and identify training needs in collaboration with the operations team. ???? Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst Supervisor. Mandatory language proficiency in MANDARIN, Bahasa Melayu, and English. Fast learner with minimal supervision required. Experience in preparing and presenting written project status reports and executive briefings. Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
