\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve company\xe2\x80\x99s final products in order to meet established quality standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead QC Team and work with production team to ensure timely and effective implementation of company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, procedures, and other activities involved in assuring the quality of the company product. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working together with QA Team to assess product problems and brainstorms solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and maintain all QA/QC related documentation and reports, always kept up to date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain clean and safe work place in accordance to 5S protocol. \xe2\x80\xa2 Suggesting improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and promote quality culture through training and development of QC and Production employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assessing whether employees need training to prevents mistake during production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting discovered defects to all relevant departments for correction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as Internal Quality Auditor to ensure the requirements of the company QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and FSC are followed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties as assigned by Superior/Company from time to time.
