The QMS (Quality Management System) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Audit Manager manages compliance of a global footprint supply chain in the areas of ISO9001:2015 QMS and adherence to our Sonos Code of Conduct (CoC). The Audit Manager partners with our Sourcing, Quality, Legal and Sustainability teams to conduct initial & verification audits at our partner\xe2\x80\x99s factory locations. The Quality Audit Manager will be responsible for our Malaysia and Vietnam supply chains. The successful candidate must have 5-8 years prior customer managed audit experience, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an Engineering discipline (BSME preferred) and be fluent in English, verbally and written. Prior experience in setting up QMS systems, coordinating Conflict Mineral Surveys or the ability to speak Malay are all helpful. Previous experience as an Auditor in a 3rd party audit firm is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Establish our annual supply chain QMS and CSR audit plan based on qualified supplier risk assessments and new supplier qualification needs.

Coordinate supplier QMS and CSR self-assessments, audit schedules and audit team participants to execute the annual audit plan.

Lead the initial on-site factory audits, identifying non-conformances versus our audit checklists and aligning on corrective action plans (CAP) with suppliers to gain compliance.

Create full audits reports, monitor the implementation of supplier corrective actions and lead on-site verification audits as needed.

Lead the planning of third-party audits required by Sonos customers or other types of Sonos sponsored audits. Sonos is a member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).

Coordinate third-party annual survey campaigns with our partner in the area of Conflict Minerals to assess our risk of exposure on 3TG materials.

Help Sonos to advance on our company ESG goals in the areas of GreenHouse Gas emission (GHG) & Carbon Footprint reduction in our supply chain by coordinating risk surveys and exploring opportunities with our partners.

Participate in supplier Process audits with other Quality Managers at Sonos to identify quality control opportunities, adherence to Control Plans, etc.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline (BSME preferred).

Certified Quality Auditor (Lead auditor certification preferred)

5-8 years supplier audit experience preferably in the mechanical or electronics industries

In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and the requirements.

Excellent communication skill

Good command of spoken and written English (also Malay is a plus)

Ability to work under a tight work schedule

Willing to frequent travel; 20% within Malaysia + 20% international to Vietnam

Qualifications/Skills/Experience
