Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify all incoming materials, components, and parts according to inspection plans, drawings, and specifications. Check and confirm supplier delivery documents (COA, COC, test reports, etc.) against received materials. Record inspection results, non-conformities, and maintain proper documentation. Segregate non-conforming materials and raise

NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)

for rejected items. Communicate with suppliers or purchasing department regarding defective or rejected materials. Ensure all measuring instruments used are calibrated and in good working condition. Support in updating incoming inspection checklists and related quality procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the incoming inspection area. Assist in continuous improvement activities and supplier quality improvement programs. Follow company safety rules and comply with ISO/Quality Management System requirements.

Application Question(s):

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of measurement tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauge, etc.).

Experience:

QA/QC: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
