Quality Check Regulator (listing) Operations, Sg Marketplace
Job Description
: Take an active role to monitor, review and assess reported cases received from SG governing bodies to ensure products comply with SG laws and regulations Removing products that are not allowed to be listed in accordance with Shopee Policies and Regulator request within SLA To review the ingredients prohibited for drugs and to be updated in the Shopee Policies Work with the Customer Support and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries Perform analysis on the product quality and understand marketplace policies and guidelines related to listings policy restricted items Other ad-hoc tasks assigned Requirements: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience with minimum skills of basic pharmaceutical background or related work experience Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders Excellent comprehension skills Strong logical thinking and demonstrates problem-solving skills Positive growth mindset and ability to work multitasking Adaptive to a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
