Job Description

Perform routine and non-routine inspections and tests on raw materials, components, in-process goods, and finished products. Use various tools, equipment, and methodologies (e.g., calipers, gauges, software test scripts, checklists) to measure and assess quality. Carefully review products or services for defects, deviations from specifications, and visual imperfections. Accurately record inspection data and test results in quality control logs and databases. Clearly identify and segregate non-conforming products and initiate corrective action requests. Collaborate with the production, manufacturing, or development teams to provide feedback on quality issues and help identify root causes. Participate in the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures during the inspection process. Support internal and external audit processes as required. Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control processes and standards.
