If you are excited about a role but don\'t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummarySummary:The \xe2\x80\x9cQuality Compliance Coordinator\xe2\x80\x9d will be based in \xe2\x80\xa6\xe2\x80\xa6., reporting to \xe2\x80\xa6\xe2\x80\xa6Performs functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks and carrying out rework and quality assurance procedures related to production or operations. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate data to assist in assessing and documenting results of quality assurance and control processes. Define and may assist in developing methods and procedures for quality assurance and control. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes implementation plan to meet site goals.
• Establishes regulatory compliance programs and procedures such as ISO documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with agency, and/or government regulations.
• Uses internal/external experts where appropriate.
• Coordinates corrective actions.
• Identifies needs for evaluation/assessment with regard to regulatory issues and conducts or enlists internal/external experts to investigate, test and/or audit. Recommends corrective action to management and implements approved solutions. Follows up to ensure compliance.
• Develops and communicates site procedures to facilitate employee and process compliance.
• Assists in policy development. Develops and maintains documentation.
• Prepares applications, reports, etc., required by agency, for management approval.
• Reports program effectiveness and issues and makes recommendations to site management.
• Develops and coordinates audit and training programs. May conduct training and advise management of employees training compliance status.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent is desirable.
• Typically requires 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
