Quality Control (cabinetry)

Job Description
To ensure all cabinetry products meet company and client specifications, quality standards, and industry requirements through systematic inspection, testing, and process control at every stage of production -- from raw materials to final installation.
Conduct
in-process and final inspections
of cabinets, panels, and joinery products. Checkdimensions, finishing, color consistency, and workmanship
based on approved drawings or samples. Verifyhardware fittings and assembly quality
according to design specifications. Identify and report anynon-conformities (NC)
in materials or workmanship. Monitor each production stage --cutting, edge banding, assembling, sanding, painting, and packaging
-- to ensure compliance with SOPs Ensureproper labeling, handling, and storage
of inspected materials and finished goods. Liaise withdesign, production, and project teams
to resolve quality-related issues. Suggest process improvements toenhance quality consistency and reduce defects
. Stay updated withnew materials, coatings, and assembly techniques
relevant to cabinetry manufacturing.Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
cabinet construction, joinery techniques, and finishing materials
(laminate, veneer, paint, etc.). Ability toread and interpret technical drawings
and specifications. Detail-oriented with excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills
. Good communication and documentation skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
