Maintain accurate records of all stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Ensure correct labeling, storage, and organization of stock items.
Report discrepancies, damages, or losses promptly and investigate causes.
Update and manage inventory management systems or databases.
Prepare periodic inventory and stock status reports.
Quality Control Duties
Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
Record and report any non-conformances or defects, and assist in root cause analysis.
Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and certification documents.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and warehouse processes.
