Quality Control Engineer
Job Description
Preferred male as our industry is heavy industry (manufacturing in automotive)
Has experience in QA/QC at least 1-2 years (automotive industry would be an advantage)
Able to handle work stress
Able to work long time
Must be positive attitude
Possess own vehicle
Willing to work at Rawang, Selangor
:
To prepare, update and recorded of all process related documents i.e. SOP, PFMEA, Process Flow Chart
To lead and advise on factory process improvement activities included of QCC and others improvement activities using appropriate tools i.e MSA, SPC, 7QC Tools and others.
To leas manufacturing division on new product trail/introduction from approved prototype/sample until mass production mode.
To carry out any task given by superior from time to time basis.
To lead Quality Control on monitoring production process stability and advise on process stability.
To complete report and advise countermotion production reject and process stability.
To control and verify manufacturing process reduction process especially critical and not stable process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
